AN OPEN LETTER Senator Edward Kennedy
Reference: Your speech at the Brookings Institution, April 5, 2004.
You have called our President deceitful and compared him to President
Nixon. Who is the deceitful one? Look at your own record Mr. Kennedy.
As for President Nixon, the only difference between you and him;
he got caught, and you did not.
It is my opinion, that if the truth were known; most all of the
liberal politicians, have done equally underhanded schemes; hoping
they would never get caught.
You said that Bush misled the public about the war, the economy,
health care and education.
I remind you Mr. Kennedy of your words, September 27, 2002. "We
have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and * developing
weapons of mass destruction."
Who were the people supposedly advising him? You and all the rest
of your liberals.
You have held office for over four decades. I would have thought
that you would have given the President, better support. Instead,
all you have done, is to ridicule him. This shows what kind of a
character you really are.
You claim, he has broken the bond of trust with the American people.
I differ with you! You are the one, that has broken the bond of
American decency.
From your academic standards at prep school thru the Chappaquiddick
island incident.
All you are trying to do, is promote liberal John Kerry at any
cost, even with slanderous remarks about the leadership of our President.
You called the war in Iraq a fraud and yet, you and your liberal
associates backed it from the start.
Again may I remind you, of your own words, Sept. 27, 2002. "There
is no doubt that Saddam Hussein's regime is a serious danger, that
he is a tyrant, and that his pursuit of lethal weapons of mass destruction
cannot be tolerated. He must be disarmed."
Now that things are not going just as smooth as hoped for; you
have become a turn coat, condemning it.
You just don't get it! do you?
We are at war with those who would destroy our country and way
of life.
Again in your words of, Sept. 27, 2002.
"We must ask what is right for country and not party. That is
the * true spirit of September 11th-not unthinking unanimity, but
a clear-minded unity in our determination to defeat terrorism-to
defend our values and the value of life itself.
You claim Bush is the problem; I think you and the liberals are
the problem.
You talk about deception by our government. Huh!, How about your
whole deceptive life.
Mr. Kennedy; you being on the judiciary committee, have stone walled
President Bush's judicial appointments in favor of your liberal
judges.
You along with Senator Tom Dashle are refusing to follow the law,
and allow the full Senate vote on President Bush's nominees.
Again I remind you of your own words in 1973.
"Do we operate a system of equal justice under law? or is there
one system for the average citizen and another for the high and
mighty."
As far as polarizing and paralyzing congress. You are the one,
by illegally filibustering the appointments of good judges.
It is very apparent, that by your own speeches, it is you, that
has broken the bond of trust with the American people.
As you have stated "One person can make a difference and every
one should try." Your statement has inspired me, even more to stand
up for the rights of the decent American people.

Ted
You will only understand the symbolism of the following if you
learned through extraneous history or were old enough to have watched
it play out that Ted Kennedy drove off of a bridge in Massachusetts
on his way to an island with Mary Joe Kopechne in the late 60's.
He did NOT seek help to rescue her when he surfaced. Instead he
made his way to a hotel, called friends and the next morning reported
the accident. She was, needless to say, both dead and wet. Kennedy
faced no type of any censure or reprimand, much less any legal punishment
for this negligent act of manslaughter. Kennedy power extends wide
in that part of America. You have got to love the chutzpah of Rumsfeld.
February 05, 2004 Rumsfeld: Kennedy 'All Wet' About Bush Lies (2004-02-05)
-- Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld told Sen. Edward M. Kennedy
yesterday that he was "all wet" when the Senator alleged that the
Bush administration lied about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction
to justify going to war.
The verbal clash came during Mr. Rumsfeld's testimony at a Senate
Armed Services Committee hearing probing the state of pre-war intelligence.
Sen. Kennedy began his questioning of the Defense Secretary by
saying, "Don't you think some members of the Bush administration
should be held legally accountable for the lies they told about
Iraqi weapons, and the subsequent cover-up?"
"First, with all due respect Senator Kennedy, you're all wet,"
said Mr. Rumsfeld "The administration has not lied or covered up.
However, in general, I do believe that when a man commits a crime
he should face the bar of justice. He should not be allowed to serve
in positions of power in our government, and be hailed as a leader,
when the question of his guilt remains unresolved, if you know what
I mean."
"I'm sure I do not know what you mean," Mr. Kennedy said. "But
the American people deserve to know why you can't find Saddam's
weapons of mass destruction."
"Sometimes things are hard to find, even when you know where
they are," Said Mr. Rumsfeld. "For example, I've heard of a man
who missed a bridge and drove his car into the water, even though
he knew where the bridge was. And then sometimes you just keep diving
into a problem and despite repeated efforts, you come up empty handed.
That doesn't mean that nothing's there. As you know, eventually,
the truth comes to light."
Having no further questions, Mr. Kennedy yielded the remainder
of his time. Rummey, no doubt, has gonads the size of grapefruit
along with a healthy dose of loathing for the "honorable" Senator
Kennedy.

A MESSAGE TO KERRY ABOUT A TEXAS PROVERB: Life is NOT like a box
of chocolates. Life is like a jar of jalape–os. What you do today
May burn your ass tomorrow.
Miller appeared on the Don Imus show a couple of days ago and shared
his thoughts on Jon Kerry. "Senator Kerry," he said, "has been in
the Senate for a long time. And during his tenure, he's introduced
500 pieces of legislation, seven of which have been adopted. Two
or three of those concerned renaming bridges. A couple involved
research grants. And a couple were giveaway programs, small loans,
etc. But, he has voted against virtually every defense weapons system
bill that's come down the pike. Now in Georgia, we have a saying
that pretty well sums up his record: All vines and no taters." ZELL
MILLER (D-GA) ON KERRY........
UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
Amendment XIV Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative
in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold
any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under
any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of
Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member
of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer
of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States,
shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same,
or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may
by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. Is
it time now to vote on Kerry's suitability to be President/Senator/Dog
Catcher... under the Constitution ?

Sir, I wasn't aware that the democratic party had been infiltrated
by the al'quieda. Ted Kennedy must be a leader. If not, who?
Political or not, responsibility of what's been said should be
taken in to accord. What the Democrats say, should used against
them and to them, over and over. Unless the Republican Party holds
them accountable, they will never aquiese their part in undoing
what Americans hold dear: Their Independence and their freedom.
Sincerely, Roy
