Reparations for Afro-Americans??
I'm uncertain how many Union soldiers lost their lives in the Civil
War. Certainly, the thousands of deaths were sufficient "reparations"
for the freed slaves. In fact, the move to get reparations seems to
cheapen the sacrifice of those who died and were wounded in the fight
to gain freedom for Blacks in America.

Moon Landing/ Abraham Lincoln
I cannot speak to people's motivation, but a couple
of weeks ago I came home from work and my 12, 10 and 5 year old sons
were lying in wait for me. They had seen a TV show that proved man had
never landed on the moon. Even the 5-year-old quoted parts of the program
that disproved it ever happened. They went on for nearly 40 min. quoting
the show. I quietly listened; when they finished I said the following.
Yes I do believe we are being deceived, yes I believe a great lie is
being told. Everything you (speaking to my sons) have been told has
been attacked. You have been told there is no God, you have been told
truth is relative, there is no universal truth, you have been told sex
is free and fun. It seems to me someone is trying to cause you to believe
in nothing. Then you will act in a way they want you to, by telling
you want they want you know. It seems to me all the truths and facts
of your ancestors has been disproved, so what are you to believe in?
I am not surprised Lincoln will discredited too. I
also know that if one of my children died (as Lincoln's did) I would
be depressed, even if I was the President of the United States.

Tom Daschle
For the last few months I have really become more
and more disgusted with Tom Daschle and Dick Gephardt so I have written
them this letter although I am certain it is like talking to a sack
full of hammers. " Dear Mr. Daschle, I registered as a democrat
at the age of 18, I fought in the Vietnam war, and I am proud to live
in America, However, it is beginningto make me sick to my stomache to
listen to you and Dick Gephardt. Of all the time that we the people
need our senators and congressmen to unite is now!! You two, hung on
to the pant legs of the most lying, nasty and possibly traitorous president,
ie. Bill Clinton, this country has ever known, yet when we finally get
rid of that scrurge and get a man who seemingly wants to return integrity
and a willingness to do something for the good of the people all you
can do is critisizw and ridicule the man. For gods sake man! get behind
our new president and support tax relief and his energy policies."
Please encourage each and every one of your listeners
to e-mail Daschle at daschle.senate.gov/webform.htm. Maybe the socialist
party (democratic party) will get it if enough of us critisize and ridicule
them the way they do President Bush. Thank you for your continued efforts
to advise and educate the liberal of this country.
Best regards Len O. Hannaman

Having never done this before, here goes. I like to
think of the republicans and democrats as in a criminal trial. The republican
as the prosecuting attorney and the demo as the defense attorney, the
republican stands up and tells how it is, straight out.(this is the
way it is). Then the democrat gets up and says whatever he has to (lie, cheat, dream
up,concoct a story) to convince you he is right. Kind of like the O.J.
thing.

As a tax slave in Massachusetts, I hope you can take
time to help me to expose the Irish aristocracy (Ted Kennedy, John Kerry,
and much of the entire Great and General Court of Massachusetts) --
exposing them amongst their brethern serfs. I need my freedom. Bring
on the Irish Consulate to your program. I like the way Ireland is thumbing
its nose at socialist Europe and winning.

How Liberals are Changing America
I wish to share with the reader my deep concern for
the future of my country. I am old enough that I probably will not see
the end game, but my children will and I fear for them. We are in the
middle of a mad dash towards a society that is both oligarchic and fascist.
Oligarchic because we will be governed by a ruling elite who have found
the means to perpetuate themselves in office almost limitlessly and
fascist because the means of production and distribution will remain
privately owned but will be rigidly controlled by the central government.
We will continue to have private property but it's use will also be
rigidly controlled. All of the taxes will be paid by a voting minority
who will have no power to change anything. The liberal democrats will
be ensconced in the White House and will have control of both the House
and the Senate and will retain control in perpetuity.
Incumbent in this society will be a loss of our freedoms.
Radio and television will be broadcasting government propaganda to support
the new status quo and those who resist will be repressed by firm sanctions
(think of George Orwell). Government permission will be required for
almost any use of private land (in the public interest, of course).
The right to own firearms will be gone (for public safety). Schools
will all be subtly teaching children to believe that the government
knows best what is good for them (as most already are). The freedom
to make basic life choices will have seriously eroded (because of the
constantly expanding bureaucracy which justifies it's existence by writing
regulations that are both burdensome and constraining)
In the end the government "benefits" to the
least productive among us and the vast bureaucracy that administers
them will be an unbearable financial burden to the few who are left
paying taxes. The tax burden will be so high as to remove the incentive
to innovate, create and produce and goods and services will diminish
as will the taxes that are imposed on both the goods themselves and
the labor to produce them. All the while there will be an increasing
demand by those who do not pay taxes to have more and more benefits
from a government which will attempt to provide those benefits by imposing
ever more controls on the means of production and increasingly higher
taxes on those who are left paying them. Such a cycle of events can
only result in collapse of the system, and collapse it will.
I personally believe that it is too late to stop the
picture that I have described from becoming a reality. Everyone behaves
at all times in there own best interest. That includes you and me and
all politicians and all other citizens too. I cannot determine that
any of the major participants in this are doing anything other than
acting in what they perceive to be their own best interests. The only
salvation can be in persuading more people that determining their own
best interest involves considering the long term as well as the short
term and the negative as well as the positive aspects of the things
they wish for and the choices that they make.

Democratic Leader Richard Gephart,
I should start by saying that I am not a Republican,
but an Independent. I am also not a huge George Bush fan, although I
do fall to the Republican dogma more often than the Democratic on key
issues. But no, I am not a zealot by any stretch of the imagination.
I recently realized what I am.
I am a card carrying, extremist, hardcore, anti-Al
Gorist........and I'll tell you why. At first, the blatant hypocritical
fog he is trapped in amused me somewhat. After all, here is a man who
is so confused about who he is, is never the same man twice day to day;
making it easy to change positions since what he said last week was
Thursday Al Gore and today we have a new man, Tuesday Al Gore, that
it must be tough to maintain any consistency. Yes, I found it amusing.
I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised when he announced that he would
accept the results of the election in the state of Florida and promised
not to contest the outcome. I guess he forgot the "if I win part".
None of this really bothered me. When he assumed the position of all
votes must count, and our Constitution demands our voices be heard equally,
I thought OK.
Of course, I had to ignore the fact that the voices
of the three heavily democratic counties he was attempting to mine votes
from counted just a bit more than the rest of us. Still, I thought 'well
he has a right to his position and I'll respect it'. When he lost the
tally for the second time on the recount and demanded a selective hand
recount, I thought, 'good strategy, wake up Republicans, you're getting
outfoxed'. When he wasn't successfully mining the votes he needed and
changed the standard to counting dimpled ballots and I saw canvassing
boards giving him votes that he didn't have because the rest of the
ticket had voted democratic................he began to lose me. When
he sent out a four page paper on how to deny military votes and supported
a lawsuit in Seminole County to exclude 4000 completely legitimate votes
because the county screwed up and didn't provide a place for the voter
registration number - smoke started coming out my ears.
Congratulations, Al Gore, you took a somewhat disinterested
moderate, and in a few short weeks turned him into a man with the determination
and zeal to actively oppose your continuation in professional politics.
You have been able to do what the most persuasive speakers cannot; motivate
me enough to go out of my way to see your political career comes to
an end by whatever means are legally within my power as a citizen. I
applaud you for an accomplishment that just two short months ago I would
have bet money would not be possible.
Sincerely,
David / Chicago, IL

Rush, you have said it is easy to be a Liberal (leftist).
However, I disagree. I believe it is the most difficult thing in the
world to be a Liberal if you have any assets. If you are a leftist and
you have a new car, why a new car, why not a used one and take the rest
of the money and give it to the needy? If you have a house, why not
a less expensive one and give the rest to the needy, or better yet pay
the mortgage for a needy family to have a house. If you send your child
to private school send them to a public school and take the money and
give it to the needy. Basically if you are a leftist and you live above
the level of bare existence you are a hypocrite as you are not helping
all those needy people by giving away your assets.
I went for years not bringing this point up to one
of our Liberal (leftist) friends. My wife would not let me bring it
up. Finally I was fed up with their liberalism and asked why did they
just buy a new computer when they could have taken that money and given
it to the needy? The response I received was not a debate on their beliefs
but a tearful "Do you think I am a bad person?".
I think every time the Gores, Clinton's, Daschle's,
Gephardt's and reporters of this world bring up the poor unfortunate
people we need to ask them why they do not take their personnel wealth
and give it away!

Lunatic-- Barbara Boxer(alias Senator) is at it again.
Boxer now wants to add 28000 square miles of national lands to the "wilderness"
category. This will only make a bad situation worse. I just retired
after 41 years from the Calif. Department of Forestry and Fire Protection
and each year the fires burn hotter and more intense than the year before.
As a professional fire manager(Unit Chief of the Amador El-Dorado Unit)
we have been trying to expand the use of thinning and fuels management
to lessen the fuel loading to reduce the energy release and give firefighters
a better chance to contain a fire at minimal damage. Restrictions on
thinning and logging coupled coupled with not being able to due prescribed
fires to reduce the fuel loading have set the stage for holocaust. What
we see now in Colorado and Arizona and in recent past in Montana, Idaho.
Oregon. Washington not to mention the fire prone king California is
only going to get worse. Putting more land into "wilderness"
status only worsens the situation . The use of mechanized equipment
such as fire engines and bulldozers is prohibited unless authorized
by the Forest Supervisor. Unfortunately they are under tremendous pressure
not to due so and usually firefighters are losing the battle (getting
their ass kicked) before authorization is given. It's fighting fire
with one arm tied behind your back. People don't understand the other
consequences of big fires. Lose of protective cover means erosion into
streams, excessive mud slides in winter.economic loses due to lost recreational
opportunities, and on and on. Resevories become filled with silt and
debris and water supplies and purity are at risk. I'm the President
of the local water district board of directors(El Dorado Irrigation
District) and I am very concerned about the Boxer bill because it will
hamper fire control operations near much of our water supply not to
mention the potential damage to the coveyence system. This nuttiness
has to stop or we will see bigger and more damaging fires year after
year' burning up more homes, more timber, more down stream(ancillary)damage
costing billions to mitigate. The Congress and the State Legislators
need to know what's coming and it's not pretty. A 2000+ degree crown
fire is unbelievable to see but it's damage is by our own making.

I have copied a section of JFK's inaugural speech.
I thought you might like to remind liberals what their guru said about
where our rights come from.
Have fun. Mega dittos.
Kristin
We observe today not a victory of party but a celebration of freedom--symbolizing
an end as well as a beginning--signifying renewal as well as change.
For I have sworn before you and Almighty God the same solemn oath our
forbears prescribed nearly a century and three-quarters ago.
The world is very different now. For man holds in his
mortal hands the power to abolish all forms of human poverty and all
forms of human life. And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which
our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe--the belief
that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state but
from the hand of God.
We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that
first revolution. Let the word go forth from this time and place, to
friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation
of Americans--born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by
a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage--and unwilling
to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which
this nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed
today at home and around the world.
Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or
ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship,
support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success
of liberty.
This much we pledge--and more.

As most conservative Americans (make that patriotic
as well), I am very concerned about how many of our rights are being
taken away from us through laws that I believe are unconstitutional.
In reality the socialist, totalitarian, psuedo-intelectual,
liberals who are the architects of such laws, are nothing more than
American TALIBANS, trying to limit our freedoms in the name of their
one world, one thought metality. They are terrorists against freedom,
mis-using the law in order to their effect injustices upon the American
people.
Tempe, Arizona recently passed a law making it illegal
to smoke in public. I have never been a smoker, however I resent the
rights of others being infringed upon.
I have been told that Monterey County, California has
a similar restriction upon drinking alcoholic beverages in public, including
drinking in your own yard, or in your own garage with the door open.
You have frequently mentioned other restrictions either already in effect,
or in the works.
Our right to keep and bear arms has been heavily infringed
upon many times over. Socialist, totolitarian, psuedo-intellectual idiots,
calling themselves Americans constantly try to make laws telling us
what is best for us, from what to eat, to the requirement to exercise
if we want health benefits from our privately paid for insurance, to
wearing seat belts even if the belt causes pain, or because we consider
them unsafe as do many emergency professionals. It goes on and on. This,
all because they say that they know better than the common person or
the conservative.
The liberal courts constantly throw out good, long
standing, conservative laws, yet they refuse to look into the constitutionality
of these idiotic, freedom restricting laws.
Thank you for your watch dog eyes and ears upon these
infringments. Keep us informed. Plead on your program, in your publications
and in interviews for conservative Americans to actively persue legal
remedies to these unconstitutional acts, and to rid our country of the
power of these unpatriotic if not traitorous Americans, through peer
pressure and elections.
Respectfully,
Byron / Williams, Arizona

I am so weary of hearing about the terrible shape the
economy is in on the news every night. I just tune it out. I have a
401K, but I'm not concerned. Maybe I should be, but I'm only 31 and
I figure a lot will happen to it before I reach retirement age. If there
is a retirement age for me! It seems to me that if the media keeps shoving
'Doom & Gloom' in our faces every night then we won't feel like
going out there and spending. We won't be inclined to invest in the
stock market. We'll hoard our money away in our mattresses and that'll
be it. I'm not a bit worried. And then of course the Liberal Media will
then blame the Bush administration for the down economy.

Liberal Sanctimony
It seems to me that one of the basic common traits
of liberals is that they're shallow thinkers and disinterested in fact.
They never seem to care why a vote was cast, only that if for
instance a negative vote on a bill with a "civil rights" inference
is cast, the voter must be against "civil rights". It doesn't
matter that the bill was totally irresponsible or totally impractical,
only that the vote was against a "civil rights" bill.
What's dividing this country is the liberal's ignorant allegiance to
their party. Nothing, absolutely nothing, will convince a liberal that
the Clintons were and still are nothing but white trash thieves who
are laughing at us all the way to the bank.

DEMOCRAT LEADER GEPHARDT CALLS FOR TAX HIKES &
DEFENSE CUTS
WASHINGTON (June 2) - House Democrat Minority Leader Richard Gephardt
admitted in Philadelphia this week that if the Democrats are returned
to majority status in Congress, he plans to raise taxes even higher
and further cut America's already hard-pressed defense budget.
Republican National Committee Chairman Jim Nicholson
says Gephardt's revelations come as no surprise.
"Bill Clinton and Al Gore asked Congress to impose
81 new tax increases this year, and they've eviscerated our national
security," Nicholson said. "It's no surprise that a 'Speaker
Richard Gephardt' would help a 'President Al Gore' reprise the Democrats'
greatest hits."
Gephardt's intentions to raise taxes even higher were reported today
in Larry Eichel's "The Body Politic" column in The Philadelphia
Inquirer :
"On a visit to Philadelphia last week, Richard
Gephardt actually talked about raising taxes.
"The House Minority Leader made his comments in a setting not picked
for maximum impact, a midday talk at a Center City bookstore. His audience
included Mayor Rendell, a few political junkies and several bedraggled
souls seeking shelter from a thunderstorm.
"Gephardt told the assembled non-multitude that
if the Democrats take back the House in 2000 and he becomes speaker,
he intends to push for much higher federal spending on education.
"And where would the money come from?
"'You've got to have a combination of taking it
out of the defense budget and raising revenue,' he said. 'We can argue
about how to do that, closing loopholes or even raising taxes to do
it.'
"Mind you, his goal in life is not to reinforce the stereotype
of Democrats as tax-and-spend liberals. Raising taxes is not his first
choice.
"'I feel we can find room in the budget to do
what must be done without a tax increase,' Gephardt said. 'But if we
can't, well, this is the paramount challenge we face as a society, and
I think the public shares that view
"I'd be proud to vote for tax increases for schools.
You bet I would
" (Ellipses appear in the original text).
And remember... Clinton Gore proposed 81 separate tax
increases this year, which would have cost our economy $82 billion over
5 years, $172 billion over the next 10 years (The New York Times, 2/2/99,
The House Budget Committee, 4/14/99)
In addition to the tax hikes, Clinton-Gore wanted $25.8
billion this year in new "user fees" (USA Today, 2/2/99)
The Clinton-Gore-Gephardt tax hikes happen when federal
taxes are already eat up a bigger share of this economy than at any
time since World War II, as a percentage of GDP (House Budget Committee,
2/3/99)

Gray Davis - Governor of California
Date: Wed, Oct 30 12:01 AM
I am a california native as was my dad my kids and
grandkids but i swear if Gray Davis is re-elected i am out of here.
I have worked since I was 17 years old and supported my 3 kids as a
divorced woman for 14 years without any help from anyone, as I should
have. I paid over $300 a month for health insurance alone for my kids
and I worked at the hospital the insurance was with, but everytime I
saw some welfare mom come through the place with
her medi-cal card I wanted to scream. I voted for welfare reform and
was stupid enough when it passed to think the libs would actualy impliment
it, ha ha !
In 1999 I was working for a vet at her kennel. I took
a job outside my field because I was no longer able to see well enough
to drive very far. I took a real bad fall at work, broke both of my
wrists and damaged my neck so bad I needed a plate implanted in my c-spine.
Right after my fall I found out my employer was not carrying workmans
comp. So, I found a lawyer that handled uninsured employers fund workman's
comp claims. I don't know if you have heard of it but it is supposed
to be the safety net run by the state for employees injured at work
by uninsured employers.
What a nightmare it has been. They are supposed to
act as the w.c. and they sue your employer to re-coup the funds they
expend to help you. I have no doubt they are not always able to recover
all the money but it is not fully funded by the state either. Even though
they froze my employers assets in the first 6 months, it took them 3
years to approve the 2 wrists and 1 needed; operations i needed to put
me back together. It took so long in fact at 46 years old, due to the
nerve damage the delay in medical attention caused, I will be in terrible
pain every day for the rest of my life. Since I have not been able to
work, the uef was paying me $100 a week to live on. I would like to
see Davis live on $400 a month. Everytime Davis refuses to sign the
state budget, I get $0 to live on, as i have been for the last several
months but those welfare checks go out just like clock work. I was doing
the right thing, working, and my employer was doing the wrong thing
by not carrying insurance and the state i have paid taxes to for 29
years could not care less.
2 years ago i came across a flyer at the post office
telling the welfare bums if they have tattoos the dept of social services
would pay to have them removed ! They can not help me but they can pay
for tattoo removal !?
Oh and about the welfare reform, a woman at the lodge
who has one teenage daughter and when the welfare finaly cut her off,
she got a doctor at the local mental health to say she was too depressed
to work and she is back on the public dole. she spends her welfare checks
on sitting on a bar stool drinking and smoking name brand cigarettes.
Of course, she works under the table and has been turned in for welfare
fraud but social services could not care less.Is it any wonder everytime
I see Gray Davis onTV stating he is for the working Californians, I
want to puke !

John F. Kerry's Record
I think Americans need to be reminded of Senator John Kerry's position
on aligning himself with a communist dictatorship and his disruptions
against democratic principles. I'm referring to Senator Kerry's position
on theViet Nam Human Rights Act HR 2833 which was passed by the U.S.
House of Representatives, 410 - 1. He is responsible for stalling and
killing it in the Senate. Thousands of Vietnamese Americans have suffered
and their families are still suffering as victims of the communist regime.
The press would have you believe that this man is a
patriot and man of democratic principles. Need I remind you of his leadership
of the Viet Nam Veterans Against the War movement, when he and his buddies
defied a Supreme Court injunction in April of 1971 for camping out in
the Capitol Mall. During this time they tossed their medals and campaign
ribbons over the barricade, stating "Here's my merit badges for
murder from the country I betrayed by enlisting in the US Army. Do we
go from a draft dodger (Bill Clinton) to a traitor (John Kerry) as a
presidential candidate? I'm a Viet Nam Vet who was awarded a Bronze
Star and worked in an evacuation hospital in Pleiku, Viet Nam. I am
appalled that we could even consider someone this despicable for the
leader of the Free World.

Meet the Press - John Kerry
Too often, politicians toot their own horn but play
the wrong song. On Sunday's Meet the Press, John Kerry stated that he
had "put away people for life" in reference to the tough decisions
made as a prosecutor that he used to support the tough decisions he
would have to make as a politician.
Again, the politician has ursurped the power of the people. Kerry must
remember that it is the JURY, not the prosecutor, that finds guilt and
the JUDGE who applies the law that determines the sentence. Kerry, not
to omit him from the process, only argues for conviction based on the
evidince at his disposal usually provided from members of his or the
firms investigative staff.

Dictators in America - Date: Tue, Jan 21 01:11 AM
Did you know that there are dictators in America? You
only have to lookas far as Washington State. In the last elections the
good voters of Washington voted down a number of taxes and voted in
a couple of initiatives. The government of Washington has decided in
their infinite LIBERAL wisdom that they will not do away with the taxes
and that they will ignore the initiatives. In effect, they are declaring
that the voters of Washington State do not have the intelligence to
vote in the laws of the state or do away with unfair taxes. This is
comparable to declaring a DICTATORSHIP.

Date: Wed, Jan 29 08:37 PM
As I listened to President Bush's speech on Tuesday night, which I thought
was extremely well done, I couldn't help but look out into the audience
and see the faces of many of the Democrats who sat stiffly in their
chairs. The camera shot the face of Nancy Pelosi just as she was sneering,
almost laughing at some of the comments our President was making. If
this is the newly chosen leader of the Democratic party, they are in
bad shape. What poor taste she showed. I would have thought that a Senator
would have the decency to show respect for the President at such a national
forum as the State of the Union. She should be ashamed of herself and
an embarrassment to the Democratic Party.

California Fiasco
I've wonder why no one wishes to bring up the following.
After the current election here in California people elected almost
a completely Democratic slate. Much of the populous felt that good about
either candidate and the lies generated by Gray Davis defeated the Republician
candidate at the polls. But then just after the election and Four years
of a Democrat leadership it became apparent that those in control discovered
a 36 billion dollar shortfar in the state income. DUH! After all because
of the leadership and California is in control of liberal Democrats
(Fienstein/Boxer/Willie Brown/Davis) who hired an additional 43,000
with very liberal retirement benefits 80% after 20 years of employment.
It is not too difficult to figure out that benefits cause overbudget
expenses. was disappointed on Talkback that the Republican narrator
didn't challange Willie Brown about some of this last night.

A Washingtonian responses to Gov Gary Locke's fraud
Below is a letter I sent our Gov regarding his response to the President:

Dear Governor Locke,
The family and I listened intently to the President's address and your
response. While I don't agree 100% with the President, I was shocked
and saddened by your response--it was so fraudulent. I thought you had
more integrity than what was displayed. Some items we were grieved about:
ECONOMIC RECOVERY
Gary, you and your constituents have made this one of the top ten states
NOT to do business in. In a recent survey of 287 corporate executives,
Washington State ranked as one of the worse states to do business in.
You and your constituents have chased Boeing out, shut down the Pulp
and Paper Industry, shut down logging, slammed the fishing industry
and did little to late to contain the riots during the WTO meeting.
WASHINGTON-A PLACE FOR OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR GRANDFATHER
Gary, I think your Grandfather would be disappointed with the condition
of this state. He came to a state that provided opportunities..you and
your constituents have shut it down. Good thing he came here a 100 years
ago.
EDUCATION
You chastised the President about education, yet earlier this month
you had 25,000 angry teachers at your door protesting your positions.
You are a fraud. Where is your integrity? Or are you the next shining
star in the Democratic galaxy? Is this more important to you than integrity?
GOD BLESS AMERICA
Governor, how can you with a straight face ask God to bless America
when you just last week met with NARAL and declared together your support
of the abortion of thousands and millions of children. I was talking
with a business fellow yesterday at lunch and he was telling me how
excited he and his wife were at hearing the heart beat of their 10 week
embryo.
Gary, I hope and I pray that God will make your heart
bigger than a 10 week embryo...that you will have compassion for the
lives of the pre-born and that you will see thru the scam of NARAL and
NOW. (Or is it just politics as usual--where is your back bone.) You
have been duped. Both Roe and Dolton of the abortion rights laws are
now strongly prolife. I pray that you will cross the divide that separates
life and death.

S. Edwards and malpractice
Date: Mon, Jan 06 01:25 PM
Sunday S. Edwards blamed the insurance companies for
mishandling their investments, which resulted in increased malpractice
premiums. Then, how come, insurance rates vary so much from state to
state?

Little Dick Gephardt
I wish someone would show the tape from 92 with Little
Dickie and his pal Clintoon, when they stood on the Capital steps and
Clintoon was introduced as the new president. Little Dickie said "now
it's time to go to work". What the hell was he doing in the congress
all that time, sitting on his hands? Remember back then the economy
was bust for a while, the company I worked for had gone out of business
and I went from $175,000.00 a year to the unemployment line for 10 months!
What the hell was Dickie doing to help anyone.
Regards, Mike

govenor Rendell of pennsylvania - Date: Mon, Apr 07
2003
We have a newly elected liberal governor of Pa. by
the name of Edward Rendell. His idea of stimulating Pa. is legalizing
gambling, and over taxing. He is the definition of liberal. His gambling
ideas will gather the criminal element and stimulate poverty to all
those who become adicted to gambeling. Please direct some of your comments
toward Ed Rendell, he truely stands opposite of our conservative God
fearing beliefs. Thank-You Rush for making a difference.

Name Dropping
"It is hypocritical of Sen. Robert C. Byrd, West
Virginia Democrat, to call President Bush's landing on an aircraft carrier
'flamboyant showmanship.' After all, this is from the senator who insists
that just about every tree planted, road paved or building erected in
his home state - financed with federal funds - be named after him. Perhaps
Mr. Byrd is only upset that Mr. Bush did not land on the USS Robert
C. Byrd."
