TRIPP IS A HEROINE
LINDA TRIPP-- What a beautiful heroine!!! Now there's a person who can really lead. Look out Maggie Thatcher; you might have helped bring down the Berlin Wall, but Linda has brought down the Clinton Stone Wall!
Here's a question for the pop pollsters: Who is a better role model "for the children" of America: Bill Clinton or Linda Tripp? I'm telling my sons to imitate her.
I think that Linda really helped herself with her public statement. Having exprienced much the same kind of treatment and fears on a microcosmic scale when I called for and cooperated with a probe of a Migrant Health Center and the State Health Department, I identified with her nervousness. I recognized the shaky body and voice, the dry mouth and the stumbling over words. The truth set me free from threats and fears; I wish the same for her.
Fortunately, a lot of justice was meted out in my case with several people going to jail or losing their jobs. We didn't get the "Big Creep", but like you, I remain ever optimistic!!!

In my legal opinion the Maryland statute is unconstitutional unless all parties to the conversation were in Maryland.
1. Certainly Linda Tripp cannot be charged with a crime insofar as simply recording her own voice. Only the other party could conceivably have been damaged and, therefore, to be protected by the Maryland statute.
2. Monica was not in Maryland. The call then was "interstate" commerce, which is the sole jurisdiction of Congress, and she was given immunity from federal prosecution.
Can this theory be forwarded to her attorneys?

Can it really be that ONLY she is being prosecuted, and the perpetators of the scandalous actions are "off and running" again? Something is wrong with a justice system that prosecutes the individual that uses the means available for protection of self in order to save his or herself from criminal acts of others. (i.e. gun control)

* * * Arkansas Prisoner Scandal
Has Rush heard about this alleged scandal involving Arkansas penal institutions selling the blood of prisoners during Clinton's tenure as governor? There is allegedly a 5 billion dollar lawsuit being filed by Canada because much of the blood they bought was taken from prisoners who were too sick to donate. Linda Tripp allegedly knows about this as well. To the best of my knowledge, CBN more or less broke the story. Herr Slickmeister supposedly was aware of what was going on, and thus, there was no investigation of the practice on his watch.

Smash your enemies by any means fair or foul. This seems to be the policy of the Clintonistas. Since Linda Tripp had the audacity to bring up evidence that besmirched our Fearless Leader(Heil Clintoner!) she must be punished. Never mind that two other notable leaders of the 20th century practiced the same policy: Adolph Hitler and Clinton's buddy "Uncle Joe" Stalin. Not to mention Mao Tse Tung, Pol Pot, etc. Is this the policy of a republic or of a totalitarian state? Right now Rush seems to be the nearest thing to Dietrich Bonhoffer we have, daring to continue to delineate the points at which Mrs. Big has violated not only the law of this land but a Law even higher than that, that is enforced in a court that even the Clintons can't bribe their way out of.
